Okay, Palm Beach Gardens. Let's talk about Avenir. I know, I know. Everyone loves Avenir. It's shiny. It's new. It's got more roundabouts than a European vacation. But… hear me out.

Give me a slightly overgrown lawn and a mailbox that’s leaning a little to the left. Give me a neighborhood where kids actually play in the streets (safely, of course). Give me a place that feels lived-in, not just built-in.
