How Tall Is Stitch From Lilo And Stitch

So, How Tall IS Stitch, Really? An Investigation.
We all love Stitch. The fluffy, blue alien is adorable, destructive, and endlessly entertaining. But something has been bugging me for years.
How tall is he?
The Official Answer (and Why I Don't Buy It)
Disney says Stitch is about three feet tall. Three feet! That's what they claim.
Must Read
I call shenanigans.
Think about it. Three feet puts him on par with...a toddler. A really strong, blue toddler with extra arms.
But still, a toddler!
Evidence Against the "Three Feet" Theory
Let's consider some evidence, people. I've been doing my research (watching Lilo & Stitch approximately 47 times).
First, his interactions with Lilo. Lilo is a small child, yes. But Stitch doesn't tower over her like a three-footer should.
He's definitely bigger than a breadbox, but not by that much.

Second, his driving skills. I know what you're thinking: "Driving skills? He's an alien!" Exactly! He needs leverage! Legroom! Pedals to reach!
A three-foot creature would need serious modifications to the car.
Third, his wrestling abilities. Stitch throws around characters significantly larger than three feet with ease.
Super strength or not, leverage matters.
My Unpopular Opinion: Stitch is Bigger Than We Think
Here's where I get controversial. I think Stitch is closer to four feet tall. Maybe even four and a half.
Hear me out.

This height accounts for his interactions with Lilo. It gives him the necessary leverage for his shenanigans.
And frankly, it just feels right.
The "But, the Merchandise!" Argument
Okay, okay. I know what you're going to say. "But the plush toys! The figurines! They're all scaled to three feet!"
Merchandise is not canon. Repeat after me: Merchandise is not canon!
Companies prioritize cuteness and affordability over accurate alien heights. It's a business decision, people!
Let's Look At the Alternatives
Perhaps Stitch changes size at will. Maybe he's employing some advanced alien technology to appear smaller than he actually is.

It's a theory. I will grant you that.
Or maybe Lilo lives in a world with gigantic furniture.
Okay, that one's a stretch, even for me.
The Definitive (Probably Wrong) Conclusion
So, where does that leave us? Stitch is officially three feet tall.
But in my heart, he's a solid four-footer. A fluffy, blue, four-foot bundle of chaos and love.
I'm sticking with that. And I invite you to join me on this quest for truth.

Join the Debate!
What do you think? Is Stitch three feet? Four feet? An ever-shifting being of indeterminate size?
Let me know in the comments!
And remember: Believe in Ohana. And maybe, just maybe, question everything Disney tells you.
After all, how can we know the real size of the Experiment 626 without seeing the size of Dr. Jumba Jookiba.
Perhaps in the future we'll see Stitch against other aliens of the galaxy.
Until then, let's cherish Stitch at any size.
