Where To Find Gible In Pokemon Brilliant Diamond

Alright, Trainer! You're on the hunt for Gible in Brilliant Diamond, huh? Excellent choice! Gible is a pocket-sized land shark that evolves into the absolutely fearsome Garchomp. Trust me, adding a Garchomp to your team is like bringing a tactical nuke to a pillow fight. (But, y'know, a fun, strategic nuke.)
So, where does this little ground-dragon gremlin hang out? Don't worry, I got you covered. No need to start digging random holes in the ground hoping he'll pop up! (Although, that would be kinda funny to watch.)
The Underground Hideout: Wayward Cave
Your main target is Wayward Cave. It's located on Route 206, which is just west of Jubilife City. Easy enough, right? But here's the catch (there's always a catch, isn't there?). The entrance to Wayward Cave is…well, let's just say it's trying to play hide-and-seek.
Must Read
There are actually two entrances to Wayward Cave on Route 206. The one you’re probably seeing is NOT the one you want. That one is a dead end! You want the hidden entrance. It’s tucked away, almost completely obscured, right next to the cycling road. Think of it as Wayward Cave's secret VIP entrance. You gotta be in the know to find it!
Pro Tip: Look for a small patch of grass near the cycling road’s entrance. It’s right there! It's practically begging you to stumble upon it. If you're still having trouble, just hug the wall under the cycling road as you walk from Jubilife City. You can't miss it!

Navigating the Cave (Bring a Friend…or Flash!)
Once inside, prepare yourself for a bit of a dark, rocky adventure. Wayward Cave is, let's just say, not the most brightly lit place in Sinnoh. You'll definitely want to have the HM Flash handy. If you don't have it, you can still explore, but it's going to be a lot harder to see. Imagine trying to find your keys in a completely dark room. Fun, right? (Spoiler alert: it’s not.)
Gible isn't just waiting at the entrance, sadly. You’ll need to do some exploring. He’s hiding in the deeper parts of the cave, specifically on the lower level. So, get ready to navigate some tight corridors and potentially battle some Geodudes and Zubats (because, of course, there are Zubats).
Patience is key here, my friend! Gible has a relatively low encounter rate, so you might have to wander around for a bit before you finally find one. Don't give up! Think of it as a treasure hunt, but the treasure is a tiny, adorable, land-sharky…thing.

Catching Your Gible
Okay, you've found your Gible! Now the real challenge begins: catching it! Gible can pack a punch, so be prepared to weaken it before tossing a Poké Ball. Quick Balls are your friend at the start of the battle. If those fail, try weakening it with a move that won’t knock it out completely, like False Swipe (if you have it).
Important Note: Gible is a Ground/Dragon type, so Electric moves are useless! Focus on Ice, Dragon, or Fairy-type moves. Just don't accidentally one-shot it! Nobody wants a sad trainer with an empty Poké Ball.

Once it's weakened, chuck those Ultra Balls! Or Great Balls, or even regular Poké Balls if you're feeling lucky. Just keep trying until you finally snag it. The feeling of finally catching that elusive Gible is absolutely worth it.
Congratulations, Trainer!
You did it! You successfully navigated the confusing maze that is Wayward Cave, braved the darkness, and caught your very own Gible! Give yourself a pat on the back (and maybe treat yourself to some Poffins). You’ve earned it!
Now go forth and train that little land shark into a magnificent Garchomp! The Sinnoh region won't know what hit it. And remember, even the fiercest dragons start somewhere. Good luck on your Pokémon journey!
