Is it Kaido, the "Strongest Creature?" He's tough, alright. Dude loves a good beating. Seems to get stronger because of it. Pretty wild. But is brute force EVERYTHING?

Maybe it's Big Mom. A force of nature powered by… hunger? Seriously though, she can rip souls out. That's pretty hardcore. Definitely contender material.
